For us over at the Brooklyn Art Project blog, the slider stopped showing some of the featured images. The blog post settings did not change. Any thoughts on what might cause that?

My biz partner bought the theme for our client, we are setting it up .. but now i am facing some problem with the feature photos section.. I would like to have it display just photos from say selected media files photos. I could not get it working. I tried to manually edit in the default photos .. not it’s not reverting back to the default images either..
Also tried to use photo gallery plugins none is to what I am looking for … How can I make it easy for client to manage by uploading to a selected category (Not post base) and have that declared into the feature photos section? Thanks

I purchased the theme and LOVE it.
Just three quick q’s and I’ll be out of your hair (I have a presentation on this tomorrow):
1. How do I get the menu items to change to black? I went into the wood css (I modified the wood pic with my own gradient), and even got the highlight color to change – but I entered ”#000000” in the wood.css and it doesn’t change. Here’s what the code looks like now:
/* MENU -—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-*/
.side-nav li.menu-item a { color: #000; } .side-nav li.current_page_item>a { color: #9ab222; background: #fff;
Again – the current page color changed as I wanted, but gray doesn’t show up.
2. I’ve got my locations listed in a text widget. The color of the widget is gray. How do I change that to black?
Lastly…
3. How do I set it up so a video can be seen on the home page? (I prefer an image appears, and then when clicking on the image a lightbox with the video appears inside).

I need to reorder posts in category listings and in the other pages.
There is a plugin to do this postMash (filtered) – custom post order ()
It needs a piece of code to be inserted directly before the beginning of вЂthe loop’ in theme’s index.php. The code is
<?php $wp_query?>set('orderby', 'menu_order');
$wp_query->set('order', 'ASC');
$wp_query->get_posts();
?>
But there isn’t a loop in your theme’s index.php. And i tried to replace the code in archive.php but it didn’t work again.
Do you have any idea how this plugin can work in your theme or is there any other way to reorder posts except manually modifying their dates.

I just had to make a few comments on your work. It is simply outstanding!
I wish more of the people creating and selling on Theme Forest took a page from your work.
(1). The theme is very well designed and seems to be quite flexible.
(2). This part is as important as the theme design and that is the documentation which is the best I have seen from any WP theme developer. The documentation leaves few stones unturned in how to get the most out of your theme/s.
A big thumbs up to you for the outstanding simplicity of this theme and I look forward to seeing what you dream up in the future.
